1. Booking & Confirmation
- All bookings must be made in advance through phone, in-person, or our official channels.
- A booking will be confirmed only after advance payment (if applicable).
2. Payments
- Full payment must be completed before or at the start of the journey.
- Advance payments are non-refundable in case of last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours of the trip).
3. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations made 48 hours before the trip may be eligible for a partial refund (after deducting service charges).
- No refunds for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure.
4. Responsibilities of Passengers
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Mauli Tours is not liable for any loss or damage.
- Passengers must maintain discipline and follow vehicle rules during the journey.
5. Responsibilities of Mauli Tours
- We ensure clean, safe, and well-maintained vehicles with experienced drivers.
- In case of vehicle breakdown or unavoidable delays, alternative arrangements will be made where possible.
- Mauli Tours is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or natural events beyond our control.
6. Safety & Conduct
- Smoking, alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle.
- Misbehavior with drivers or fellow passengers will not be tolerated and may lead to termination of service without refund.
7. Jurisdiction
- All disputes, if any, will be subject to Warora jurisdiction only.
